Official Yaris Wiper 2019

Hello. I'm looking for the original wiper that came with the car, with the metal frame, as I have replaced it about a year ago, but these "bendy" Bosch ones, leaves lines when wiping, since they were fitted new, I never had this problem on the original metal wipers. I can't see where they sell these, do they still do them? Many thanks.

Not had an issue with the Bosch aero twin blades clean the glass and more importantly clean the blade with a decent glass cleaner (always clean a new blade as they come with a coating on them)

oem are Denso aka Toyota optifit these are not a conventional blade from the factory they are a flat blade type and are about twice the price

I got mine from Halfords 8 months ago and its still clearing the screen properly -

It is disappointing that replacing only the rubber insert on those Optifit blades is not possible.

Trico make the Toyota Optifit range of Wiper Blades.

Replace the rubber blades only it’s not as easy as many think and not fitting the rubbers properly will result non free move of the wipers over the curve of the windscreen and not properly clean. Best to replace the whole wipers set if unsure. Brands like Denso, Bosch, Hella, Michelin are really good.

As I wrote Tony, it's not possible with the Optifit blades. Quite straightforward, where possible. Some good Yewchoob videos on how to do it. Also the place I buy them has an excellent video showing what to do. It's possible with some rear window wiperblades too.

No doubt manufactured in that far away Republic. That does reveal the reason for their quality decline. Once a well respected name for wiperblades etc. that has probably been sold off to some nonentity?

My wipers started juddering at only a few months old.  Bought a new set from Toyota and three months later they were juddering.  Bought a set of Bosch Aero Twins direct from Bosch that were the same size as the original wipers.  Twelve months later I have no judder and they still clear the windscreen perfectly.

When you say "set" how many did you buy as the 2019 has a single blade.

My 2020 Corolla has two wipers for the front screen.

I didn't realise you were posting about a corolla in your OP hence my confusion.

The OP is asking about the 2019 Yaris which has a single blade.
