Do you mean with the screenwash ?

Or drain the screenwash bottle, treat the screenwash container* with vinegar (at what concentration ? ), drain that, then refill with screenwash ?

* I assume one would also have to pump it through the pipes etc ?

I have no idea exactly how , perhaps drain and refill with some mixture of water and vinegar 50/50, leave it to stand for two days and then pump out the amount and flush with fresh water and see if any algae been removed.
Usually vinegar come into help in household, car cleaning for example as final and best solution to kill bacteria and remove bad odour. , scale removal etc. Safe to use in most coffee machines, washing machines , so should be ok in the windscreen washer tank. Perhaps not use mixed with windscreen washer and on the windscreen directly to prevent strong smell of vinegar inside the car and going onto paintwork.
