Broken chipped windshield and sensors

I have got a chipped windshield on my Yaris 2018.

I am thinking of it would be problem repairing it instead of replacing it. Fixing it would save quite some money.

The damage is in an "Ok zone" to fix according to the repair shop but it is a bit close to the sensors on top of the window. I get a bit worried this is a problem. I have attached images. I have placed a protective sticker on top of the damage to make sure no moist get into it.

Is it any risk that the repaired zone would interfere with these sensors? I am mostly thinking of the sensor marked with a red arrow. It could potentially "look down" through the broken part - or look forward not being affected at all.  What sensor it this? I get no good answer asking around.

Assuming they don't bodge the repair, the resin it should be practically invisible to you and the sensor.

It's quite impressive how some of them manage to get it into all the very fine spider cracks to the point when it finishes setting you wouldn't even know it was there, but I've seen others where they did a really terrible job and it's quite visible. The trick seems to be how strong a vacuum they can get on it before injecting the resin.

TBH, I don't think a minor blemish would make much difference given the sensors still work in the rain etc.
