Rav4 first service not showing in MyT

Has anyone else experienced this, Battery check is showing, service book was stamp and I have the invoice but MyT still says service is overdue, it was carried out on the 22 March 23.

It was a good few weeks before mine was shown in the app.

The MyT entry is not done by the garage but by Toyota.  That explained errors and omissions on mine.

My (French) Toyota dealer has not put service details (last September) into MyT  nor has Toyota. I shall ask the dealer to do so on my next visit. Are they obliged to do this?

But the two recalls are certainly in MyT - I guess Toyota insists on this for its own protection.

Tony, try contacting Toyota through the MyT app contact option.

I got in touch with Mazda via the website  and they sorted it next day.

Not good is it Ernie, my mind was elsewhere while typing.

We are waiting for a Mazda to arrive, needed due to a change of circumstances, there maybe a Rav for sale soon.
