button for A/C  is not sending signal to the compressor

I have a toyita IQ 2009 gas has been checked, no leaks detected, compressor has been replaced, it has been vacuumed and refilled, the pollen filter/ cabin filter has been replaced.  The diagnostic machine detects no fault and can switch the ac with the compressor perfectly working but the switch button in the car will not switch the ac on or get the compressor to start.  Any suggestions??

Just short out the switches that operate & controll it, if that wont fix it its time to check out the wiring or even run your own wiring for testing.

No, don't do this

Manual A/C or Auto A/C (climate) ?

Most common issue is low pressure, this trips the pressure switch and the system will not turn on

The only time I short the switch is to test that the system actually works.

If it works with the switch shorted, it usually means the system is low on gas.

Its only ment as a dignostic  test not as a cure for low pressure.
