Yaris Cross - Unit settings

Finally, got my Cross today, well pleased.

However, done all the usual settings, MPH, MPG, PSI etc,

but…. The tiddly digital speedo, bottom left on the analog speedo display, still says km/h.

Blowed if I can fix a way to change it.

Anyone got any clues on this one?

Thanks,

George…

I assumed that was intentional as a secondary unit. I think it is required for driving outside of the UK.

It is very useful for those of us who live and drive in Northern Ireland. The border with the Republic of Ireland does not always align with the road layout. Famously there is a road on the border that starts in NI, runs for a mile with no turn offs, finishes in NI but enters and leaves RoI at least twice.

It saves having to reset mph/ kph when travelling.

PS the digital display has something similar.

Just back from Netherlands.  We now prefer the digital display as the analogue pointer has a blunt end.

With digital the main digits are as selected, MPH, with KPH in smaller digits to the side.  Selecting Km these are reversed. All the other displays become metric

There was one odd consequence it the radial performance scale changes too.  With MPG the full scale is >150 which shows the ICE is off.

With Km selected the full scale is >10 lt/100km which shows the ICE is maxed out.
