It is necessary to change the screen, it almost does not respond to touch, but I do not know the model number of the system. And I don't know the screen number. I understand that there is an old system and it is not when it is not updated. But since the screen does not respond to touch, I can not find out either the firmware number or the model number. Can you suggest what can be done in this situation.

check the usb port in the glove box and make sure there is nothing jammed in it or any bent/missing pins

If you press the nav button and it says "Navigation is not available on this system" you do not have navigation

if it does have nav but has failed it can lock up the display - pull the unit out and have a look, post a pic if you are unsure

The part number is on top of the unit, it will be something like 86140-0D010 or 86140-0D030 (LHD)
