Water.....

Hi all, ive just noticed a pool of water underneath the front end of my car.

The thing is, its nowhere near the radiator and its clear, so to my knowledge it doesnt appear to be from the radiator, cos it would be a red colour from the anti-freeze right? Its more to the rear of the engine, more or less between the front wishbones..... It does seem to be dripping quite quickly. Ive done quite a bit of driving today with the aircon on. Could it possibly be a build up of condensation perhaps?

The only other thing that sprung to mind was, i blasted the underside of the car yesterday with the hose....... maybe its just trapped water??

Please help! :help:

Thanks in advance,

Lee

It’s normal!

With your air con on, moisture is removed from your car as part of the cooling process, this is expelled via a pipe directly outside.

If the pipe gets blocked with dirt (which happened to me on a previous car) the expelled water ends up in your foot well :crybaby:

Nothing to worry about
