How do you remove a Corolla Verso rear bumper?

Hi guys,

im trying to remove the rear bumper of a 2008 Corolla verso but the screws just seem to spin and are not coming out or loosening.

worse than that, they are just rounding off as I’m trying as they are soft plastic.

what am I doing wrong??

They are push pins not screws, you just pop the centres out with a flat blade or trim tool then remove the outer
