clutch

Hello When looking for a clutch replacement all sites keep coming up with 200mm dia my car is a mk2 2014 aygo  any ideas please thanks.

That's right. It was updated to the stronger Yaris clutch because of premature wear.

I was aware of the 180mm updated to 190mm but not the 200mm

I also looked at the Yaris and they quote 190mm very confusing.

The Mk2 (2014 on)  clutch is uprated/bigger again , to about 200mm iirc, as mentioned the Mk1 (2005-2014) clutch went from 180mm to 190mm about 2009. So your findings sound about right.

Its 200mm on the KGB40 there are some major changes to the Mk2 aygo

go with a LUK or if on a Budget look for sachs (3 piece clutch kit)

if you are paying a garage to do the work let them supply and fit, then they are liable if anything goes wrong, if you have a problem you may find yourself having to pay the labour again if you supply the parts
