Apple Play retro fit in Toyota Yaris 2018

Could someone suggest if I can retrofit appleplay or CarPlay in inbuilt display system in Toyota Yaris 2018 please.

No, not compatible with your generation of Touch 2.

I was told by sales person at Toyota Cambridge that it can be retro fitted.

It can be retro fitted to the later Touch 2 that was in the 2019 Corolla and Rav4, but not to yours, which is an earlier version.
