My 22my GR Sport has no underbonnet sound deadening, no issue though.

Bear in mind that Toyota Owners Club is not associated with Toyota, so don't have direct input from Toyota.

A 'brand new' 72 plate will be at least two months old, so is not actually brand new.

Has the car been booked into the dealer as regards the issues? Have they checked the car for fault codes, and if so, what were these?

Hi,

it seems you haven’t noticed that there are two types of headlights on Corolla models in uk made better 2019-2022, all models except top spec excel has led in reflector style lights where excel has those as you call them “signature style “. The trouble with that is that the excel one are much better on dark roads than any other trim levels.

For bonnet insulation, it’s a shame that Toyota doesn’t include these on any models except again top spec excel or the 2.0 versions.
There was a member here previously very disappointed by this and few more things and he traded back his brand new Corolla for better car, Lexus ux.

Slight vibrations at certainly engine speeds and loads are typical for Toyota hybrids, although  they show be not as pronounced to cause you any problems. , just a bit of odd feel. Engine noises at start up, different rpm and sounds all that part of the hybrid experience. If Toyotas technicians can’t see anyone abnormal then most likely these are just the usual ones.
Perhaps you can ask the dealer to provide another car same specs and try it to see if anything different, maybe try an excel version too and see if you like it any more. You can change , order another one or just sell this one if you believe it’s a lemon, lemons happens  even with Toyota cars too.

I have signature headlights But "this may upset some" I prefer lights on my gen 3 prius.... Better low beam.. Cleaner cut off on dip and although halogen main beem they don't light up the sides of the rd as much as signature, I can see further into distance as the side arnt as brightly lite and afecting your vision.

Hello,

I still have Vibration through the vehicle at 1800 to 2000 rpm, only happens when hot. When cold there is no vibration.
When driving the car I can tell when at this revolution, as the car vibrates. Making it difficult to ignore.
The car has been back with the dealer a second time, without success 😩

Also the multimedia system crashes weekly, one day it crashed 4 times.

Do you have access to a bluetooth obd dongle for diagnostic purpose, if so download car scanner run the car till your having your vibration the open the car scanner app without switching off engine and check noncontinuous monitors.... You may get a missfire showing up on one of the cylinders.
