Corolla Touring (estate) - made in the UK?

I'm normally in the Yaris forum as I have a 22MY Excel. However a friend is thinking of getting the Corolla Touring Sports and wondered if it's made in the UK. Or is that just the hatchbacks? Also roughly what's the waiting list?

For the European market, both the Corolla hatchback and the Touring Sport are built solely in the UK. The Corolla saloon (no longer sold in the UK) for the European market is built solely in Turkiye.

Waiting time from 22 weeks upwards depending on spec and trim level. If you visit Toyota website, spec your car and go next page for payment options and at bottom right will show approx delivery time.  👍

Latest build information posted by Toyota to dealers was 27/04/23 Corolla orders are now September build October delivery for hatchback add 2 months for Touring sport

They are giving 5 months delivery dates , but  still didn’t clear 1 Year + orders 🤦🏻‍♂️

Yes, I’m on week 34 of my wait, last estimate is for week 37 but I’m told they are waiting for parts. There needs to be a dedicated production run for the U.K. soon if these estimates are to be met.

Or is just misleading for people to put down their orders
