Anybody converted their T27 2010 Avensis fog lights to DTRL?

Has anybody  converted their T27 2010 Avensis fog lights to DTRL?

The fog lights can not be used as drl. But they can be replaced with led drl lights. And the drl control system will be needed too..

Must cost a fortune as I have a loose connection or something on my 2014 one not sure if it's a fault with the bulb as it looks ok but don't work 😞 and those Philips replaced ones are nearly 20 quid each . I'm going to take it out put on spade connectors and make sure all touching great and see if fault with the pins on main plug going into the fog light. The volt using my wee meter is less than 12v though like 11.30v r something like that but the other light is working ok. I just don't fancy paying 20 quid for a bulb that I don't need. Plus my last car VW group car I never in my time having the. Car change the fog light bulb and I had that car 11 years

I don’t know how good these are, or how you fit them. They offer a more powerful (?) replacement fog light plus a halo DRL…

If anybody has bought and fitted the AliExpress replacement fog lights on a T27,  please let us know what you think of them.  Assuming that you actually received them from AliExpress 🙄

tbh i cant see anything ncheap from aliexpress been of any half descent quality just a bother for later on im guessing .shane got lights for inside his car and gave nothing but bother

I need my off light bulbs for the time being, I haven’t got replacement yet.

I have seen the same units that were much dearer. They probably all come from AliExpress 😤
