Seriously impressed by a 2012 Hilux Invincible.

We run a 2021 Rav4 HEV, and the daughters fiance runs a 2012 Hilux Invincible(which he bought at auction) mostly for his deer stalking pastime, the leather seats being very practical for this usuage, and since her 2002, 200,000 mile ish D4D Yaris was playing up with DPF related issues they swopped vehicles for a week to allow him to sort it out, so I, aged 64, for the first time in my life, sat in a pickup, and sat in the back too. Which is apparently supposed to be a less than desirable experience, at least per various reviews/reports, or so I seem to recall.

However I was seriously impressed, by both the performance(and our daughter, described it as deceptively fast) and ride comfort, even in the back. It was automatic btw, and they may only come with an auto, but what do I know.

Regardless I was impressed.

Ramble over.
