I`m afraid that kind of swap is not going to pass the MOT... 

And anyway that is very laborish; the whole tranny, electrics, etc must be swapped too.

Why would you want to put a way older 1.8 eco engine in place of a 2.0 and lose 40+ bhp and 40+ Nm of torque - if you want power, do 2zz swap (VVTLi)
