Front bumper respray/damage.

As above - my mother in laws IQ got hit while it was parked....while its not cracked the bumper its given it a nasty scuff/graze/scratch! so ive ordered an unpainted bumper from eBay which turned up yesterday. Hers is a black iq - ours is a white iq....so the plan is to hand the new unpainted bumper in to the body shop and get it sprayed black - then ill swap the bumper over and hers is all sorted. Then ill have a spare scuffed black bumper which im going to get sprayed up in white....reason being is ours is 13 or so years old a couple of those little grill type bars are missing (from hitting a seagul - dont worry it got up dusted itself off and the flew away) - plus age related scuffs, paint missing and discolouration.....hers is an IQ 2 with the fog lights - ours doesnt have them....question is, can i retro fit the fog lights to mine...? (is the wiring in place on the loom?) so i could possibly add the switch (i think ive got a blank somewhere im guessing)

Anyone done this?
