Touch 2 Go MM16 Internet traffic setting changing to radio

My Touch 2 Go after a few seconds of setting it to use the internet to update traffic info is changing the setting to radio.  I have the Toyota real-Time Traffic subscription, I am connected to the internet as I have the Fuel prices and weather updating fine.  I have tested it at different locations to make sure it is not a internet connection issue, but it still keeps happening.  It show as using internet traffic infor for about 5 seconds and then changes the setting back to radio.  Would be grateful if anyone has an answer to this.
