Inteligent park system malfunction

I was scrolling through the menu on the infotainment system and saw this message- see picture 

There is no lights, no messages on the dash, and the car runs perfectly. I've never used the self-parking thingy, also don't usually park too close to anything to trigger the self-brake...

Went to the dealer and they deleted the message, and said there is/was nothing wrong, but the alert came back on the screen. Obviously I've driven quite some time before seeing this 

There is no visible damages or scratches to any of the parking sensors

The date log of the alert is the day I had my car serviced with the dealer - I must have picked it up around 4pm same day

It's booked for an investigation, but I wanted to ask you guys if any of you have seen or had this message before?
