Anti-Roll Bar Bushes Replacement Cost

Hi All, 

I took my car to a local toyota jemca dealership for some repairs and they quoted me £368 to replace the front anti roll bar bushes on my 2015 reg Aygo. I don't understand why the cost is so high when the bushes cost less than £10 online. Is this normal for car dealerships to over charge?

It's done on book time and retail on price on parts iirc the bushes are £10-15 each

2.5 - 3 hours if you do it by the book, 20-30 min on a ramp

find an independent garage, I would think £100-150
