TMC Traffic Updates

Has anyone else seen that their Traffic updates in the Navigation system have stopped working?  I hadn't used my January-2020-registered RAV 4 for a couple of weeks, and when I got in it last week the traffic updates said 'No Entries'. My wife has the same problem on her Mazda 2, and I'm seeing on other owner's forums that this is an issue across cars made by VAG.

Before anyone kindly says it, I know that there are other ways of getting this info via my phone/internet, but I would like my car to function the way it is supposed to...
