Does anyone know how to fit fog lights to a Yaris cross Icon or if it’s even possible ?

Anything is possible Darren but at the moment there isn’t an accessory kit so you’d have to buy the parts.  I dread to think what they cost if you want it to look factory.  Apart from the lights, you need the lighting switch and a relay.  We sometimes get posts, “can I fit heated seats or folding mirrors etc and to be brutally honest, you’re better buying a car with it all on.  I can show you the inside of the bumper.  I think I’d look for a scrap vehicle.
