Brake/reverse light bulb, toyota avensis

Hi. 

I have a problem changing my left reverse light/brake light. 

There is no way to get out the light bulb, any tips? 

The car is a toyota avensis 2016, stationvagon.

The owner's manual covers this under 'Do-it-yourself maintenance'. For the saloon (sedan), lift the boot lid (trunk), remove the clips of the boot lid panel cover closest to the reverse and screws securing the inside handle. Partly pull the panel to access the bulb holder, turn counter-clockwise to release the holder and replace bulb. 

The Tourer version has a small access hatch in the tailgate door panel. 

Why didn't Toyota have access hatch in the boot panel?
