Will be to do with cost and perhaps emissions. The £2200 gets bi-tone, HUD JBL and 130 powertrain. I only want hud and JBL, the normal powertrain is good enough.

Indeed, but that's my point. You can't get the HUD with the normal powertrain on any grade. (which I would have been happy with also)

The pano roof looks like it has a manual closing blind from both the front and back of the car and meeting in the middle.  Anyone think the same based on the pics?  It will be a stretch trying to close the front half whilst driving.

We had the pano roof on two Mk3s and yes, it was split in the middle on both. I found it relatively ok to close the front half whilst driving but then, I am 6'3" tall and so the driver's seat is always fully rearward for me...

I had the pan roof on the Cross and it was surprisingly easy to reach both the front and rear blinds.

The Mk4 pano roof also has the split-cover.

The facelift is a bit on the weak side; Aside from the 130HP unit, it's equal to or worse than what I currently have, and it's a bit sad they still withheld the heated seats and steering wheel. The nail in the coffin for me is it's so much more expensive but I don't feel I'd be getting enough over the previous model for all that extra money.

I can wait - Maybe when the supply chains sort themselves out and Toyota GB have a sudden outbreak of common sense, we might see better specs in future revisions...

Agreed.

First time poster 🙂

I ordered the Premiere last week. Managed to get my dealer to match the best CarWow price of just short of £26k.

They refused to give me more than £1k off initially so I walked out and said I would be buying from the cheapest dealer in Grimsby. They then phoned me 3 times before I'd got home to say they would match the CarWow price 😃

When did your dealer say it would be delivered ? My dealer says if I ordered a design or excel new 2024 model I will have in April

Actually, Ireland's website does mention Panoramic moon roof (under "Comfort" specs):

https://www.toyota.ie/models/yaris/features-and-specs.YA.m19.18a9ac75-737e-4a2b-8fa3-d7dc9f7e957c

On the same website, you can take a look at "360 degrees" images of the interior and exterior of the Premiere Edition version (you can actually "see" the pano roof, if you choose "interior" view):

https://www.toyota.ie/models/yaris/build?path=customize/09a6531a-c3f1-4d2d-b4d3-eb45cbb35478/18a9ac75-737e-4a2b-8fa3-d7dc9f7e957c

I am looking forward to the first on-hand reviews and seeing the actual car "live"! 🙂

That’s fantastic you can build the new 2024 models love the new atomic silver paint and the juniper blue lovely new alloys on the Luna sport same as the new 2024 design

They reckoned March/April which is consistent with what I've now read elsewhere

When I initially enquired on 02/01 they said they could get any model by the end of Jan, aside from Premiere.

Whether that's realistic or not I don't know

No new 2024 model brochure online yet but nice now to configure the new model I do like the juniper blue ! Like the new 5 spoke icon alloys and the new design alloys

Hi all.

we ordered Yaris Premiere Edition in the end of November. It costs approx 26500€ here in Slovakia. It is fully equipped but you won’t get pano roof or JBL as a standard. But everything else is there. Dealer told us that we can expect the car to be delivered on the first week of May. Which was quite dissapointing for me, but what can we do. We are switching from mk4 Selection Elegant version. We’ll kinda miss the white roof and light interior, but the Neptune Blue is going to look great on new Yaris.

Premier and no JBL.... Time to move to UK! For once we getting a better spec....and potentially earlier delivery.

Maybe so, though price here cheapest i'd seen were £25k with PCP, now £25647 with PCP, this is the latest quote from Toyota Grimsby. €26500 is less than £23k at current rate.

We got slightly better by pushing based on an earlier quote but that's a good price and better than best I can find on Carwow now.

Not sure if you've seen this, or if it's even what you're looking for.

I can download but it's the Slovak version not UK so specs etc. won't be directly comparable.

Toyota GB historically seem slow to get website and brochures updated. Website now up to date.

But are they optional or not available at all? In polish spec you get Premiere Edition with duo-tone paint, HUD, wireless charger as a standard + pano roof and JBL as a separate optional pack.

Prices here with currency conversion from Google from PLN to GBP is 25 387 GBP for a Premiere Edition + 591 GBP for pano roof  + 591 GBP for JBL. So you get full option for 26 579 GBP

JBL is standard according to the Toyota website.

Pano roof is not currently available, even as an option.

In fact there are currently zero options available to spec

I didn’t tell that you cannot pay extra for it 🙂 you can get it, I just told it is not comming as a standart for Premiere Edition. Still it will be cheaper than to buy it in UK.

Yes, optionally you can pay extra to get it. Together it would be 25690€ (24490€ for Premiere Edtition + 500€ for JBL + 700€ for pano roof) the price is now with the promoted discount in Slovakia. That is approx 22165£. And I think that is a very good price compared to other markets… 🙂

I’m off with a friend to buy an Excel with a pan roof in joo nipper next week.  If anyone wants a really nice 21 plate MkIV Design in white with less than 7000 miles let me know.

Does it come without Turkish delight 12v? I'm quite paranoid with the Ems - Chas can provide a character ref, so it's needs to be half price....
