Registering Touch N Go with my.toyota.eu

I have ToyotaTouch2GoPLus MM16. I have successfully downloaded estore updates to USB and installed them in the car. However, how do I register the car with my.toyota.eu?

My 77 years are getting the better of me and loosing my sanity!  Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks but I don’t understand!  I am using the UK version.  As stated above, I have downloaded the map from the estore and installed in the car by USB which is fine.  I can’t however access any of the installed apps in the car without the above screenshot message appearing informing me to visit my.Toyota.eu to create an account.  My account name and password for the UK site is not recognised in the car so I continue to get the same screenshot message to create an account!

I’m obviously doing something wrong but damned if I know what!
