Order Disappeared

Hi,

With the news of the new update to the Yaris, I checked MyT and my order has disappeared. It says "No Orders".

Is this in preparation for the new model, or are my dealership playing games and have cancelled my current order?

When I ordered my yaris in January 22 it disappeared from myT after about a month and never returned. My dealer assured me it was still on order and the car turned up after 6 months.
I got a newer version than what I ordered with the updated smart connect system installed but still only paid the original price.

We had the same issue with our Yaris order. Contacted Toyota. They needed the dealer order number and a while later it was back. We emailed cr@toyota.co.uk

The delaer order number for ours was two letters and four numbers

Hmm. What's the deal if it's cancelled?

AFAIK there is no "good" reason for them to cancel it?

Seems there is a disconnect between the website and the MyT app.

I logged in on the app, and it shows my order (complete with 6-character order number).

It shows "processing" with no map present, so I guess no movement yet.

Given others are now reporting earlier-than-expected deliveries, as it's approaching 6 months since I placed my order, I'm guessing it will show progress next month for August.

Went to see my dealer today, and they had no idea about the facelift. They searched online and found the Toyota website talking about the update.

Bottom line: my car is still on order, and they think it is likely it will appear at the dealer in August. They will hold onto the car for me and give me the option to wait for the info on the facelift to appear, at which time they'll either place a new order, or I take the car I ordered already (depending on exact spec, cost, etc., of the update).

Seems pretty reasonable to me! 😍
