Avensis trunk open button question

Avensis 2018 1.8L gas.

hi, just today notist : it seems that i need to press more then ones or to maybee to wait each time i open the car and then try to open the trunk,  from the press button on the trunk door, also if i press the remote (trunk red button) to open the trunk, it seems that it wont open why is that ? 

how to use the red button on the remote if so ... ?

why there is no press button from inside (dashboard or driver side )to open it also ?!

ok problem solved.

i need to press 2 times on the remote, then the light blinking, than it will open.

still, why cant open from inside ?!
