Looking to swap out the stereo for a double din BT  stereo, has anyone got recommendations on what to get

Halfords can check they stock some interesting branded double din stereos with Apple car play and android auto. Usually go for a good quality stereo and avoid any cheap Chinese ones with a lots of extras for little money as those are so bad in terms of screen , audio quality and radio signal that I don’t know if they worth the time or money.

I just swapped mine to a Pioneer FH-S720BT £140. I’d previously took out the factory head unit to fit my older single din Pioneer CD player so had already bought a facia that could hold single and double din units… but I still had to dremel it a bit to accommodate this new one. Works great though, happy with the functionally and the sound quality.
