2015 Auris - Am I missing undertray trim?

Hi Everyone,

Just a quick question, does anyone know if I am missing a plastic undertray part, it's on the drivers side under the rear bumper. There are fixing holes however no plastic? Perhaps omitted as they would be melted by the exhaust? The other-side has a plastic cover to prevent mud etc?

Any thoughts would be great!

It's a 1.6 petrol on a 2015 (non-turbo, pre-facelift)

It looks like there should be a trim in place indeed. You can use this website https://japancars.ru/index.php?route=catalog/toyota find your make and model and search for the missing part, get the number and check with dealer for price.

I don't think you miss anything. There is nothing on that side of Auris 2, only exhaust and galvanized bare body. Not painted either. There are some common surface rust there, you can just spray a cold zn-alu spray on those holes.

If anyone in the future has the same question, there is a bit missing and apparently the part number is: T57627-02100

However from Toyota it is rather expensive at £79.33! So I think I will be trying to get it from a breaker instead...

I use simple spray paint Zn-Al and black spray from LIDL.  For hard to reach, we can use fluidfilm fat spray. It is better than any thick rubberised coat that often trapped water and accelerate rust.  I think my car do not have that flap either. I think it is only possible if we also have rear mud guard installed too.
