Without adding anything to the "add ons" list, just for the automatic, its over £21k....what are Toyota thinking !!!

They were pushing the limit on just the normal Aygo X prices !!!

£22k optioned out £3-4k on top of a standard model for cosmetics, me thinks they're trying for the middle class/hipster crowd or mummy and daddy buying it for their demon spawn

edit. part leather, with no heated seats

Apart from cosmetics, there's nothing else they could add, apart from, as you say, the heated seats and possibly full fake leather seats to at least give you the impression that you were getting your monies worth.  Now if they added those two options with auto folding mirrors, you may get some suckers falling for it.

They honestly hit the ceiling price wise with the Ltd Edition and the Exclusive and they were overpriced for what we got.

There's FAR more better options out there for £22k....a good second hand Yaris Cross for example.

Even with the previous Aygo, the top versions were priced in lower Yaris grade territory, so really no different to today.

Suppose will suit someone who doesn't want, need or like the Yaris ........

I'll probably be tempted with a Yaris Cross sometime in the future.

At the time of buying my Aygo X, I wanted to downsize from my RAV4, because I don't need all the space anymore, but the Yaris Cross which was sitting beside the Aygo X in the showroom was tempting 😄

They missed a trick there - If they'd put 21" rims on it, made all the colour options a satin finish, lowered it by 2 inches and taken every piece of tech out of it they'd be able to sell it for £30k

Yeah, but no, but yeah, what about the customers who like backlit spinners, are they to be ignored in the marketing strategy?

Oh yes and underglow! You're right, how remiss of me!

Couldn't find any photos Cyker, but imagine maybe a slammed mk 1 Yaris with purple under lighting.

And dubstep on the woofers at max volume, the neighbours seem to like it when I return after the Sunday car meet at the local McDonald's car park.

They all open the windows, and shout and wave encouragement with clenched fists.

22" rims should go under the arches with a lift kit
