-Any suggestions on which fuses to use for the BAT and ACC wires respectively? (Pic attached)

-Also I have been advised that disconnecting the terminals from the Battery itself will temporarily disable the SRS Airbags in the A-Frame of the car. Does anyone know if this is accurate? It will help me feel more comfortable when I do my wiring.

Installation is on a 2018 Corolla. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE!

We  just pushed the wire under the edge of those covers and it did not  cause any problems with the airbags on our model.

However it could be wise the disconnect the Battery, but once done you need to wait at least 5 mins for the Airbag circuit to fully discharge, as stated  in the Haynes manual for our old Corolla. Times seem to vary so allow 10 mins to be safe.

I fitted  dashcams, front and rear, plugged in for power at the cigarette lighter socket below the heater controls, and cable routed behind the    passenger side SRS marked A pillar cover that I carefully removed and replaced.

No Battery disconnection.

No mysteries whatsoever.

I actually lifted the A-Frame cover to get a peek into what I was dealing with and how I would fish the cable underneath the SRS. I know I could do it without disconnecting the Battery terminals but I like it as another layer of safety during installation.

The Dash Cam came with a Hardwire Kit used directly with the Fuse Box. This way I can run it with Parking Mode, which is one of the features.
