Previa D4D replacement - can I use Avensis, Auris etc. ?

I've got a 2.0 D4D Previa needing a replacement engine and turbo.

 

How much is transferable between other model D4Ds? There are few Previa engines about but loads of Avensis, Auris etc. 

Obviously I have manifolds, mounts etc. To transfer over. Turbo is suspect and bottom end has had oil starvation.

It's an 02 Previa.

I believe I'm looking for a 1CD FTV for that year of Previa.

 

So if I were to get a full 1CD FTV Engine from a Corolla would that be a straight swap or workable with mounts, manifolds, brackets etc. Swapped?

 

Is the year critical?
