I have a English made auris in Jamaica and it’s really hard to find parts for the car by the vin there is a lot of the Japanese auris here I was asking if most of the parts are compatible ie. A caliper kit for the sb1kv**** is 04479-02310 while the Japan nze151 oem is 04479-12230. Can someone say if they are the same but with different oem numbers

3 door or 5 door?

Between 2007 and 2010, 3 door Auris for the European market were built in Turkey, 5 door Auris for the European market were built in UK

brake wise there are big differences as they use their own local manufacturers

A SB1 vin makes it a UK built car

Japanese cars tend to use Akebono, whereas UK/EU use Bosch among a few others

That's true, this is the first time I used 13mm hex keys. Because the rear brake is made by Bosch and use typical German cars 13mm standard. No Toyota I had in the past 20y used 13mm bolts

Previous generation Auris hybrid top spec uses Japanese brake components front and rear. All corners 14mm bolts.

The hybrids do seem to be different in a few ways, braking/abs is electrically assisted or has an electric vacuum pump and accumulator, brake calipers are different as are the abs/wheel bearings
