2013 Yaris Nav problem

Hi my wife's 2013 Yaris (Mk3) Nav system has just decided not to work after 10 years.

I have looked into it and I think it is a 1st Generation Touch and Go. It appears that I should, after registering the unit, be able to download an update. However the registration process requires me to input the System Info ID.

This should be available, according to Toyota by

1 switch on the ignition >

2 Press Set up on the unit>

3 Press General >

4 Scroll down to System info.

Unfortunately I do not have this option as my unit will only scroll down through Language, Beep, Delete Personal Data......there are no further steps down.

Has anyone else encountered this issue and if so is there a fix or workaround?

Alternatively any other info on how to bring the unit back to life would be much appreciated.
