2018 Rav4: How to remove back seats

Hi all, 
wondering if anyone could help, I have a 2018 rav4 and I'm trying to remove the seats for a trip. 
Is there an easy way to do it?

There are youtube videos for every other model but not this one...

The RAV4.4 ran from about 2013 to 2018 so this 2015 video should cover your 2018 ...

Edit: I wouldn't describe the removal as 'easy' - they are not designed to be easily removable ... 🙂
