Hi, I have a 2007 avensis, air con refrigerant just refilled, but still blowing warm. Any idea step by step what to try? Thanks.

Was it filled by professionals or, did you do it yourself?

Either way, have a good look at all the pipework under the bonnet and you just might see a leak.

Professionals did it, they tried it, said still warm. they said it has another issue.

Was it working at all after being gassed up?

With all due respect to the professionals you used, they should have checked the fuse, pressure switch, compressor wiring, etc... And if the system was completely empty they should have done a leak test (nitrogen, vacuum) before refilling.

I´m afraid you have to go to another professional...

@samuelodog I don't mean to be the spelling Police, but I think that in this instance you may have made a spelling mistake. You have spelt it as P-r-o-f-e-s-s-i-o-n-a-l-s whereas it should be spelt "M-o-n-k-e-y-s" 😁

Anyone know if the avensis 2007 diesel has a compressor relay? Can't see it on any diagrams?

compressor relay?

I'm not familiar with the T25 A/C but I think it doesn't have a relay for the compressor... Only for the condenser fan?

Maybe a dumb suggestion, but does the condenser fan engage now and then when the AC is on?

My A/C used to run warm (and even leaked high pressure gas twice), issue was that the condenser fan only engaged once after startup.

Solved the issue by simply installing a second hand A/C control unit...

The T25 A/C system is quite simple and doesn't contain many parts that can cause issues.
