Off course I would have to glue some strips of plastic to the mirrors... I left the idea on the bench. :)) I just ignore it.

I find sticky tape is an excellent method of locating those sort of sounds. Of course you leave it on there, meaning to do a more permanent job until a couple of years later it falls off, leaving a sticky residue behind.

If it really sounds very unusual perhaps it’s a good idea to record and share with us or visit a dealer to have a look. Although it’s a new car there might be something odd from the manufacturing process or something else that needs to be addressed., for example a loose label or wires etc. Generally speaking  the fans in these cars are quiet at low speeds.

It's not all the time Tony. Just when you start the car for up to a minute, then runs, I assume, quietish the rest of the time except very occasionally when the engine seems to kick in from EV, but not every occasion.

Actually it's the Missus who notices and it bothers more than me!

Missus reckons her push-bike makes graunching noises now and then. I usually just switch the SIS (gear indexing lever) back and it's cured. I've tried to explain, but....................................................
