wing mirror issue

after having an accident that resulted in my wing mirror smashing and replacing the glass, since i’ve had issues when moving the mirror part from my control when driving. if for example i’ll hold down the up button on the left hand side, it’ll move smoothly up until it gets to one point we’re it jams and takes a few seconds to move and then will continue like normal - is this a motor issue what would be the way to fix it

it's out of alignment with the button to tilt it all the way up, down, left and right, if that doesn't help pop the glass off and see if the base is still in one piece and is connected to the 2 motors
