2013 Auris Hybrid. Car alarm not working. Can it be enabled?

I had my 2013 Auris Hybrid Touring Sports nicked last year. When I recovered it after a week it had the (I think left) plastic wheel arch ripped out and the alarm not working.

Central lock works but not the alarm. The red LED light blinks inside the dash.

It looks like the thief disabled (CAN bus?) or physically removed my (factory-installed) alarm.

Where it is? How can I check if it is still there?

If it is, how can I enable it back? Do I need a tech stream for that? I own a ScanGauge II OBD reader but it does not show any problems.

Any advice is appreciated.

Checked the fuse boxes. The cabin one looks ok without anything missing. The engine bay one looks like I pictured.

Can anybody share how your auris fuse box looks?

Judging by the diagram there are some 30A (3) missing on mine.

Thanks.

Sorry, I do not have alarm and any info about it. I believe @Devon Aygo have better access to  Toyota Dealership level for factory alarm system.  You should contact him instead.

Hi, I have no idea about  this issue and that’s why I haven’t post anything and I am not very good with the electronics. Perhaps someone with better knowledge can help. 👍

Seriously nobody can snap a photo of the engine bay fuse box for a fellow toyoter?
Cheers!
