Garmin Map Updates?

Hi all, My maps on my Yaris are out of date. I do still have a Garmin 1490LMT and am in the process of updating that. However I found this on the Garmin site, but the screen is not the same as mine. Would anyone know if this would work on my software please? and if so, how do I get to Create USB Stick?
