Changing speedo defaults from miles to kilometers

Hi,

I'm planning to ship my 2016 Aygo to Australia - the data on the display in the speedo and the touchscreen are in Miles/mpg etc - is there any way to change this to Km? If not, is it a big deal to swap the speedo for a EU one?

I've read that the odometer is stored in the speedo, so to correctly set this do I need a trip to a dealer to swap the existing odometer distance over, or can I do it? Legally?

A dealer will not touch it, unless you buy a new cluster at £££-££££

export costs are going to be high too then it needs "rego" and Inspection, like the uk you only get 12 months to get an AU licence
