Access to the Turn Signal Flasher Relay 2008 Avensis T25

I understand the turn signal relay is behind the instrument panel.

I have located the fixing screws securing the instrument panel.

Is there going to be enough stack in the wiring behind the panel to pull the panel forward a few inches?

I want to view /identify and replace the turn signal flasher relay with minimum disturbance to the wiring.

Any advice on replacing the relay would be welcome.

Thanks.😬

I've owned a T25, never had to touch any relays... but I think the flasher relay is in the engine compartment fuse box?

It is where you suggested for left hand drive cars.

My car is a 2008 right hand drive (UK).

I do have access to a 2006 wiring diagram which shows it behind, but not on, the instrument panel.

What I don't know is if I can replace the relay without having to completely unplug the panel and put to one side. I don't want to have to disconnect all the panel's wiring if it can be avoided.
