no acceleration when throttle pressed

Hello, Have an intermittant problem when pulling away from stationary on my july 22 corolla ts 2.0 gr, it does it about once a month when pulling out of a junction, the throttle is pressed and the car  moves forward slowly but will not accelerate even if full throttle used, which as you can appreciate is a bit worrying, the car is due its first service and will be mentioned when booked in, just wondered if anyone has heard of a similar fault.

Yes, mine does this when it thinks that I’m about to drive into the car in front. Completely dulls throttle response for a bit
