Verso egr and throttle body 2013 2.0 diesel

Hi would like some advice please

On my 2.0 diesel my engine is not running well, i checked the egr bit off carbon cleaned it out but noticed the flap that moves is hardnto open have to push eith some effort to hold it open is this supposed to be like this? The bit behind the egr that goes down to the manifold little rectangle opening was rammed with, soot so cleaned that out put it together started hiccuped and tried to die for a minute but still no difference, shakes at 1500 revs and loud rattles when revved higher ...

 

I noticed the throttle body under neth was making a constant buzzing sound with just the ignition on is this normal?  Im not brave enough to take all the manifold off to look inside the throttle body .....

Just want to add after ublocking the egr and the other bit mentioned above i took it out for a quick drive and i got some lights up and a message saying check vsc ?? Never ever seen any lights or messages until cleaning the blockage out??

All lights have now gone by themselves plugged my code reader in got P0406 powertrain egr sensor A circuit high
