Yaris Head Up Display - help

The manual suggests the angle of view can be changed for the HUD (2022 Hybrid Excel) but I seem unable to do that following the instructions. Any advice please.

Indeed it does , from memory it was in the settings accessed by the steering wheel buttons.

It is in ‘settings’.

Go down to ‘settings’, across to ‘HUD’ then it’s one of the first options…

My heads up display in Yaris Cross works sometimes and not others. Anyone know why ?

Silly question - do you occasionally wear Polaroid sunglasses when driving? I noticed that you can't see the HUD when wearing them, the manual notes that this occurs and the official fix is not to wear sunglasses when driving 🙄

Increase the brightness to maximum and you should be able to see the dimmed hud in sunglasses

or if you tilt your head to the side it will no longer polarise on the same angle so you will be able to see the screen. Might just get neck ace and need to pay money for a chiropractor to fix 🙂
