Avensis Excel 2015 beeping issue

hello, I wonder if anyone can help/advise me with a issue on my 2015 Avensis Excel tourer, this is the latest shape/model
 

It seems to have an issue with it beeping one long beep then three short beeps but we don't know why. It is doing it on startup and then sometimes while driving. Please find attached and a link to a short video.

I was wondering if anyone knows what the car is trying to tell us. It has no warning lights or any codes when a full diagnostics has been run. I have taken it to a garage to scan the car but they found nothing

I would start with :

check the feul cup in place clean it with alcohol or wd40 or so ... fill gas to full, disconnect the baterry, connect it and try again.

next, put voltmeter on the Battery when the car is off to see some 12v plus ++.

Thanks very much for coming back to me, I will give this a try.

When I showed the video to Toyota they said it may be something to do with the parking sensor system. All the parking sensors work front and back with no issues? They said the parking system is independent to the main car systems and if it had a issue it wouldn't put a warning light on or show error codes. 

We are just struggling to work out what the car is trying to tell us with the beep pattern
