Toyota rav4 2006 d-cat 2.2 not accelerating

hello, i have an toyota rav4 2.2 d-cat 2006 and last year i have gone with egr and dpf off, it worked fine so far but now it suddenly losed its power. it wont accelerate anymore it feels like its without turbo. when speeding rpm goes up to 3000, when idling and giving gas it goes more than 3000.
can anyone help ?

also i checked egr it was a little bit wet.

just to let you know if someone has the same problem. When the mechanic did egr and dpf off, he disabled the air flow, so the car didnt have power, restore the coding and when to some other mechanic and its working fine now 🙂 

so. be aware where you send your car.

Were there a lot of discarded banana skins and peanut shells on the workshop floor of the incompetent mechanic? PG tips in the tea area?

Another clue to look for in garages is to look at the mechanic's arms,if extremely hairy and reach the floor without bending, then maybe best to look for another garage.
