Hello, has anyone been able to update the maps on the Sat Nav? I've tried using the over the air method through the car but receive an error message advising that my maps are too old. I'm directed to my.toyota.eu but there's no link on the site to update the maps. I have also tried purchasing 'Map Update Spring 2023 Toyota Touch 2 MM17/MM19' on My Toyota eStore but I receive the message ' You have already purchased this product'. Any ideas? My device is ToyotaTouch2 MM19

June. It is possible that that message is correct.   Your 2020 car has a 3 year update plan which will probably include Spring 23.

What you need to do is download to a USB stick of 32Gb formatted to FAT32.

Agreed. Probably one of the worst designed websites of all the ones I use on a regular basis. Seems to be very much 'style over substance'.
