hi guys,

on my '98 Corrola, ive removed the rear speaker plastic panels, and underneath I could see NO speaker wires....

this model does not come with rear Speakers as stock, but i expected the wires to be there -

also, where the Speakers would be, are round plastic 'spacers' - any idea how to remove them, they just spin round, and i dont want to use force and try to pull them out unless its the correct way

have i missed something ? no rear wires ?

i looked at the stereo connecting plug, and it fully wired, so there must be some rear Speakers wires going somewhere ?

any help appreciated !!!!

if it didnt come factory with Speakers, it wont have any wires

right, so why are ALL the wires connected at the Stereo head unit ?

Maybe it would have cost Toyota more to make two different wiring harnesses for the radios in the same model. Cant U at least have a go at all this stuff before you ask questions?! U say no one on this forum knows anything - maybe they just dont wanna share the information they do have with rude people. Its not hard.

1. Find the wires at the back of the head unit.

2. Follow them until they end.

P.S - Y dont U buy a Haynes manual like the rest of us?!

Ive had the car 4 days, and probably know more about it then they do.

:lol::lol::lol::lol:

Just run wires from the head unit, you must be fitting 6x9's anyway as the rear Speakers are not a standard size and you wil NOT be able to get good replacements only the standard :censor: one's from toyota
