Well i have sent 3 emails now to Toyota GB , calmly asking when a new brake actuator might arrive  and with no answer, meanwhile the car has now been stood since 19th June and i have had to put it on SORN ,   what a shambles ...

No point in asking in here, they don't visit here

Contact customer relations department and get a case number for it, no point in sending a random email to some nondescript department

We're an independent Club with no direct connection with Toyota, and as Parts-King has said, Toyota don't visit the Club despite what some members may think.
